I’ve spent my career helping organisations become places where people can do their best work — not just early in their careers, but across a lifetime. Over 20 years of global leadership taught me something vital: as people live & work longer, the workforce is fundamentally changing. Yet many organisations still design cultures & systems around a world that no longer exists.
